Greatest classical composer
Born in Salzburg, Mozart showed from early childhood musical talents that coined the term “Wunderkind”, musical prodigy. Already fluent on the piano and violin, he composed from the age of five and performed in front of the European royalty and high society.
At 17, Mozart was engaged as a musician at the Salzburg court but grew restless and travelled through Europe in search of inspiration and found his place in Vienna. “I assure you that this place is gorgeous – and for my profession it is the best place in the world” which lead to the creations of his famous operas: “The Marriage of Figaro”, “Don Giovanni”, “Cosi fan tutte” and the famous “Magic Flute”.
